Clients will receive a denial letter if signed up for assistance in more than one location

Required documents

Must bring valid photo ID, recent proof of address, Social Security or medical cards for all minors do not bring children during pick-up

Application process

Applicants should call during business hours or complete online application between November 3-26, 2025; applicants will receive an appointment letter/email indicating time and location; Baskets with be distributed December 17-19 by appointment
