Open to anyone; Depending on the source of funding, there may be limits on how often one can receive assistance and the monetary amount of assistance

- Social Security cards for all members of household
- Documentation of need
- Proof of Income (30 days) for all households members and/or Zero Income affidavits for all member over 18 years of age
- Proof of monthly household expenses (examples: mortgage or rent, gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, phone [cell])

- Eviction or Late Notice
- Appliance Estimate
