Open to anyone who meet the income guidelines, are between the ages of 40-64, have no health insurance, have high insurance deductibles, are age 40 or below with breast symptoms, are 65 years of age or older with no Medicare part B coverage

Description

Helps eligible women to receive annual office visits, Mammograms, Pap Tests and Blood Pressure Screenings. The program can also help pay for some of the breast and cervical diagnostic services. Services are available to women between the ages of 40-64, have no health insurance, have high insurance deductibles, are age 40 or below with breast symptoms and/or are 65 years of age or older with no Medicare part B coverage.
