Description

Access point for the youth experiencing housing instability, ages 24 and under, in all areas of Nebraska except Douglas and Sarpy counties. Individuals and families, ages 24 and under, who are at imminent risk of homelessness (with no house, apartment, etc. to stay tonight) will complete an assessment and receive help to find housing options.

Provides statewide transitional and independent living coaching, education, and financial literacy programs to provide support and guidance to youths who have foster care experience, are pregnant/parenting, or are homeless/near homeless.
