Description
Offers a variety of activities for all ages including aquatics, fitness classes, dance/gymnastics, youth sports and adult recreation programs, along with daily child care. The Y’s fitness amenities include a 25-meter indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, more than 50 land and water exercise classes, an indoor track, two gymnasiums (basketball, volleyball, pickleball), two racquetball courts, free weights and nautilus weight room, and cardio theater (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, stair climbers, 7 TVs with cable).
