Provides annual exams for men and women, sports and school physicals, well-baby visits, a diaper bank for families that have earned points to receive diapers and wipes, childhood and adult immunizations, wellness care, chronic disease management (such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, kidney disease, heart disease, hypertension and HIV/AIDS), health insurance counseling and sexually transmitted disease and treatment, birth control options, pregnancy testing.
