Description
Helps families of children with special needs below age three obtain services to meet these needs: developmental, educational, financial, health care, child care, respite care, and others. The Services Coordinators work with multiple providers to link parents with needed services. The goal is to help empower parents to become coordinators of services for their own children in the future.
