Open to anyone in Lucas County, income and resource guidelines apply, individual must be indigent and have shut off notices for utilities and an eviction notice for rent assistance
Required documents
Proof of income for all household members, utility bill or rent statement, ID for all members in household, disconnect or eviction notice, income tax returns and student loans (after tuition and fees are paid) are counted as income
