Eligibility

Open to persons 60 years and older that are frail, homebound by reason of illness or incapacitating disability or otherwise isolated; a spouse of a person defined above, regardless of age or condition when it is in the best interest of the homebound person; a disabled individual that resides at home with an older individual that is eligible of the home-delivered meal

Description

Home delivered meals are provided to qualified individuals in their residence. The meals must meet 1/3 of the daily recommended dietary needs of adults 60 years and over and the requirements of the Older Americans Act and state and local laws.
