- Call for referral - Referrals may be made by law enforcement, fire and EMS personnel, educators, court services, or parent/guardians - For after-hours referrals, it is best to contact the Rockford or Winnebago County police departments

Description

Partners with the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice to create and facilitate the Daily Reporting Center for Boys and Girls. This program is designed to develop a comprehensive approach as the youth returns home from the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice.
