Environmental services consists of five bureaus: water quality, air quality, field services and compliance, energy and waster management, land quality and Geological Survey.
Permits for Public water and waste system operating permits, flood plain permits, dam safety inspection, sanitary landfill regulation.
Waste Management: Hazardous waste management programs, waste minimization programs, recycling programs, solid waste grants, composting, infectious waste, household hazardous materials (HHM) program, toxic clean-up days (TCDs), capacity assurance plan, low-level radioactive waste.
