Open to persons age 60 or older living in Douglas or Sarpy County; Income must be at or below 50% AMI, and must own the home and be residing in it; Home must be a single-family dwelling (not a mobile home, duplex, or rental)

Proof of income (ex. Social Security benefits statement, pension statement), mortgage statement, bank statements, proof of home ownership

Description
Free home repairs and modifications for low-income homeowners age 60 and over. Services include plumbing, electrical, roofs, gutters, flooring, grab bars, handrails, ramps, tub/shower modifications and other critical repairs.
Work is done by staff, volunteers and trade professionals.
