Child Health Services | Clayton County Visiting Nurse Association
Provides services for income-eligible children. Services include referrals to community resources and medical or dental care, EPSDT - Care for Kids care coordination and informing, free lead testing and immunizations for children, help to access professional dental care, dental care coordination services, developmental screening for children ages 2 months thru 5 years, and, case management for children with identified needs.
