Services are free and confidential. Your Life Iowa is accessible via website, online chat, text, or phone 24/7. Your Life Iowa is funded by the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services and managed by Foundation 2.

***IDHHS has created a new BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICE SYSTEM which can be accessed by calling Your Life Iowa. A navigator will help individuals find and access mental health and substance abuse services.

Statewide Wellness and Recovery Support by Phone | Warm Line - Recovery Support and Wellness Education

Provides wellness and recovery education for mental health and substance use conditions, referrals, and information on community supports.

The Warm Line is not a crisis line; staff work with callers to proactively address aspects of their wellness by identifying triggers:

- Developing action plans (daily and situational).

- Learning what is necessary to maintain wellness.
